On Saturday, September 8, 2018, Revolution Dance Academy’s Performing Arts Ensemble (PAE) took the stage at the “What If… Festival of Innovation & Imagination” in downtown Colorado Springs.
As one of the studios invited by Colorado Springs Dance Theatre to participate, RDA Sparklers, Firecrackers, Youth Company, and Company dancers performed in the outdoor amphitheater at the Pikes Peak Center before a live audience. A variety of dance genres – including contemporary, jazz, lyrical, Broadway and hip-hop – were showcased.
In addition, several of Revolution Dance Academy’s beautiful ballerinas volunteered at the photo booth to take pictures with attendees and show off their gorgeous tutus!
Every year, the “What If… Festival” draws huge crowds. Families take part in more than one hundred interactive experiences and are entertained by dozens of young dancers, singers, actors, musicians, and artists from throughout the Pikes Peak Region. The event’s slogan is “The Festival Where Imagination Takes Flight!”
