Giving Back: Revolution Dancers Spread Holiday Cheer to Senior Citizens

Giving back to the community is an important part of Revolution Dance Academy’s mission. During the holidays, dancers with the studio’s Performing Arts Ensemble visit area retirement and nursing homes to spread holiday cheer.

During two weekends in December dancers, ages 4 to 17, put on a special show for senior citizens. They performed solos, duets, trios, and festive group dances. The finale was doing the Hokey Pokey with the residents and handing out treats.

RDA dancers always enjoy performing in front of a live audience to spread the joy of dance and put smiles on people’s faces.

Thank you to Brookdale Skyline, Broadmoor Court and The Bridge for inviting us to perform again this year. Happy Holidays!
